New guides provide step-by-step instructions on how to run a report in MDLand, Office Practicum, or eClinicalWorks that allows providers to easily identify patients who never completed a measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine series.
These guides are available in the NYC REACH resource library Public Health Resources folder.
If you are unable to log in to the resource library or if you use a different EHR, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 347-396-4888 for assistance. If you have any questions about how to run these reports, please reach out to your EHR vendor.
