NYC REACH conducted a rapid environmental scan of over 400 practices across New York City. Our existing provider relationships rapidly informed NYC DOHMH’s COVID-19 strategy and planning.  This resulted in the distribution of over 160,000 personal protective equipment and pulse oximeters to practices, the development and implementation of telehealth support, and deployment of the Hotel Isolation training and referrals program.
