Proposed Rule for Meaningful Use (EHR Incentive Program)

              April 26, 2018

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) has proposed changes to Meaningful Use, also known as the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. Based on the announced proposal, CMS will make changes to reporting criteria, payment policies, and other aspects of the program.

Additional guidance and educational materials will be published in the coming months. NYC REACH will continue to update members on these changes.

For more information, please visit this CMS Fact Sheet or read the full proposed rule here.
