The deadline to register as a group to submit 2018 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) performance data through the CMS Web Interface and/or the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) for MIPS Survey has been extended. Submitting data through these systems as a group requires advance registration.

The deadline was extended from Saturday, June 30, 2018 to Monday, July 2, 2018 at 3:00 PM ET. Eligible clinicians can sign in to the data submission system here and click Manage User Access on the left side of the screen to register.
