Providers who participated in the Meaningful Use Program (or NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program) in performance year 2017 can now attest through MEIPASS, the New York State Department of Health attestation portal.
Eligible providers (EPs) must submit performance year 2017 data and sign electronically to complete the attestation. Meaningful Use Workbooks are not required for 2017 attestations. Providers have until October 15, 2018 to complete and submit the attestation.
Attestation for 2017 cannot be completed until payment for 2016 is received.
As a reminder, EPs will need to complete the following steps prior to attesting for Meaningful Use:
To prepare for attestation, visit the NYC REACH resource library at www.nycreach.org and view the resources in the Meaningful Use Pre-Attestation folder.
To access MEIPASS, click here. You will need to enter your ePACES to log in.
