Quality Improvement is the process that systematically improves health care delivery, a process or processes that can be measured, analyzed, improved, and controlled and a continuous effort to achieve stable and predictable process results. Attendees will learn how to implement quality improvement activities and workflow redesign within their practice to improve patient chronic care management.
This training will give your practice the tools it needs to successfully use and incorporate Quality Improvement to streamline daily workflows.
