eCW Training: Patient Portal and Questionnaires

A Patient Portal is a secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health information from anywhere with an Internet connection. Along with the Patient Portal eClinicalWorks users also have access to Questionnaires. This can be created and used to screen a person’s mental and physical health during their office visit.

This training will give your practice the tools it needs to successfully use and incorporate eClinicalWorks Patient Portal and Questionnaires in the progress note and patient portal to streamline daily workflows. The training will cover the following topics in eClinicalWorks:
