For eClinicalWorks Users: Medication Adherence Training

Poor medication adherence can interfere with the ability to treat many diseases, leading to greater complications from the illness and a lower quality of life for patients. As a health care professional, you can empower patients to take their medications as prescribed.
This medication adherence training will give your practice the tools it needs to successfully incorporate medication adherence into your daily workflows. The training will cover the following topics in eClinicalWorks:
- Documenting a patient’s: pharmacy, allergies, and current medications
- Creating and using a patient Medication Adherence Questionnaire
- External Rx history
- Prescribing new medications
- Rx patient education
- Counseling for medication adherence
- Medication adherence monitoring
- Implementing a workflow for assessing medication adherence
- Pharmacy engagement and tools
