Action Plan
The action plan is a checklist of the steps necessary to achieve your weekly goals. The action plan will help you organize your objective and remain on track.

Fitness Log
The fitness log will allow you to track your minutes of activity each day and achieve 150 minutes of moderate physical activity per week. Please share this log with your Lifestyle Coach at the start of each session.

The food log allows you to reach your caloric intake goals. Try to use this log each day to track when, what, and how much you eat and drink.
