            Quality Payment Program 2017 Data Submission Deadline Extended

            March 29, 2018

            Eligible clinicians who were unable to submit Quality Payment Program (QPP) 2017 performance data by the March 16 now have until April 3 at 8 PM ET to submit data.

            This new deadline applies both to individual clinicians and clinicians submitting data as a group via the CMS web interface. Eligible clinicians who miss all deadlines will receive a negative Medicare Part B payment adjustment in 2019. The following resources are available in the Quality Payment Program folder on the NYC REACH resource library to assist clinicians with data submission.
