The Medical Society of the County of Kings is hosting an event for physicians of all specialties to learn how to mitigate the potential legal risks of using electronic health records (EHRs).

Physicians and attorneys will give presentations on risk management and related EHR issues including:

• Fraud in documenting encounters
• Privacy, security, and confidentiality
• Metadata
• Burnout
• Documentation functions such as cut and paste, copy and forward

Attendees are eligible for a maximum of 5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
