Feedback Requested: Survey on NY Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Maintenance

              September 14, 2018

The New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) is conducting a survey to learn about providers’ experiences with eMedNY and the New Provider, Revalidation, and Enrollment Maintenance Process.

NYS DOH wants to gain a better understanding of how eMedNY works for providers and implement changes to the process based on feedback. The survey is open to all providers; not only enrolled providers.

Click here to complete the survey. Providers can contact the eMedNY Call Center at 1-800-343-9000 with any questions.
