The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services has extended the deadline for requesting a targeted review of 2017 Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) final scores to October 15, due to errors in score calculations.

CMS has corrected the final scores for eligible clinicians (ECs) whose 2017 MIPS final score and associated 2019 MIPS payment adjustment were impacted by inaccurate calculations. ECs can view their revised feedback report by visiting the QPP website and logging in with their Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) credentials.

ECs can request a targeted review by Monday, October 15 at 8:00 PM if they believe an error still exists with their MIPS payment adjustment calculation.
