Quality and Resource Use Reports (QRURs) and Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) Feedback Reports will be available until December 31, 2018.

The final payment adjustment year for the PQRS program is 2018, so reports will not be available after the end of the year. Groups and individual providers can view their QRURs and PQRS Feedback Reports at https://portal.cms.gov by logging in with their Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) credentials.

Note: Providers must sign into their EIDM account every 60 days to avoid being locked out. If you are locked out of your account, please contact the QPP support team at 1-866-288-8292.
