New posters available on the NYC REACH resource library encourage patients to sign into their patient portal.

Practices should post these near the front desk or place copies in the waiting room; wherever patients are most likely to notice. They are available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).

Log in to the NYC REACH resource library at www.nycreach.org and click on the Meaningful Use Supporting Resources folder to download the files.
