Providers participating in the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program must attest to Stage 3 starting in payment year 2019, such as:

• Meeting higher thresholds for challenging objectives
• Encouraging patient portal usage among patients
• Selecting MPV, EHR, and CQM reporting periods
• Any other concerns about Meaningful Use attestation
