In October 2025, NYC REACH staff presented at the NCQA Health Innovation Summit on a panel to discuss maternal health. Staff presented the slides below with a goal to highlight:

• the importance of addressing preconception health in primary care 

• Implement pregnancy intention screening  

• Integrate preconception care into existing PCMH workflows.
