For eClinicalWorks Users: Progress Notes, Templates, and Care Plans

This virtual training is designed to help medical practice staff make more effective and efficient use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) documentation and care planning tools. Participants will gain hands-on insight into building streamlined chronic care workflows, improving documentation consistency, and supporting team-based care and population health management. This session focuses on practical use of SOAP-based progress notes, condition-specific templates, and care plans for common chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, behavioral health, and social determinants of health(SDOH). Participants will also learn how to use clinical decision support, order sets, pre-visit questionnaires, and registries to support proactive, high-quality care.
