Topics covered in the guide include:

            • Public health reporting requirements for Modified Stage 2
            • Public health reporting requirements for Stage 3
            • Best practices for identifying a registry

Access the NYC REACH resource library here. The guide is available in the Meaningful Use Supporting Resources folder.

            Recorded Webinar: Qualified Entities Overview
This webinar is for practices interested in connecting to a qualified entity (QE), also known as a regional health information organization (RHIO). Practices interested in achieving New York State Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition are especially encouraged to view this webinar. Joining a QE is a requirement for the program. NYC REACH experts define key terms such as health information exchange (HIE) and qualified entity (QE), describe QE functions and features, and explain how to connect to a QE.
