As of Monday, July 1, providers can submit 2018 Meaningful Use Attestations for the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program.
The deadline to complete 2018 attestations is September 30, 2019. Log in to the MEIPASS system here using ePACES credentials.
Log in to the NYC REACH resource library and visit the Meaningful Use Prerequisites folder to download a pre-attestation checklist. This checklist and other resources will guide you through the process of gathering all information required for attestation, including:
- NPPES, ePACES, and I&A credentials
- CMS registration and NPI affiliation
- ETIN certification
- Medicaid fee-for-service status
- Medicaid patient volume
