Providers participating in the NY Medicaid EHR Incentive Program must submit their Meaningful Use attestations for payment year 2018 by September 30, 2019.

To complete your attestation, log in to the MEIPASS system here using ePACES credentials.

For guidance, log in to the NYC REACH resource library and visit the Meaningful Use Prerequisites folder to access a pre-attestation checklist and other resources.

The checklist will guide you through the process of gathering all information required for attestation, including:

• NPPES, ePACES, and I&A credentials
• CMS registration and NPI affiliation
• ETIN certification
• Medicaid fee-for-service status
• Medicaid patient volume
