The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has an Explore Measures Tool on the Quality Payment Program (QPP) website containing 2018 Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) measures and activities for all four performance categories.

The tool is located here. Clinicians can use this tool to find measures that may be appropriate for their practice, add those measures to a list, and download the list for reference. The tool is for planning purposes only.
